Delivery Protocol
For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, packages are securely sealed and are to be accepted before opening.
Requirement: We request customers to record an unboxing video at the time of opening the package. This ensures a transparent resolution for both parties.
Eligibility Criteria
We honor returns exclusively under these refined conditions:
- Transit damage to the masterpiece
- Incorrect object received
- Significant manufacturing anomaly
Resolution Timeline (24 Hours):
- • Clear visual evidence of the anomaly
- • Unboxing video (mandatory for claims)
Natural Character
The following are revered traits of artisanal furniture and are not grounds for return:
Natural variations in wood grain, live edges, or color swirls.
Minor depth variations in resin and light refraction.
Change of mind after the creation process is complete.
Refunds & Exchanges
Cash on Delivery
- ✕ Direct refunds are not applicable.
- ✓ Resolved through bespoke exchange or replacement.
Bespoke Deposits
- • Pre-production cancellation: Full refund of deposit.
- • Production phase: Non-eligible for refund.
- • Validated returns: Full exchange or store credit.
Artisan Timeline
Validated exchanges are processed within 5–7 artisanal working days.
Note: As masterpieces are unique, replacements depend on available rare slabs. We may offer curated alternatives.
