Slab Selection
Our process begins by sourcing raw, historic wood slabs. We select walnut and olive timbers displaying exceptional grain figures, natural twists, and organic live edges.
Formwork & Sealing
Every slab is meticulously debarked, flattened, and secured into a custom-built, perfectly leveled mold. Molds are hermetically sealed to secure the pour.
Liquid Alchemy
We cast high-grade, UV-stable epoxy resin, swirling it with metallic pigments to mirror fluid landscapes. Precise temperature controls ensure a perfect, bubble-free cure.
Sculpting & Sanding
The cured slab is surface-flattened, then sequentially hand-sanded from coarse 80 grit up to an ultra-fine 3000 grit, unveiling the radiant wood grain beneath.
The Masterpiece
Sealed under protective ceramic-coating and mounted onto architectural steel legs, the table emerges as a pristine synthesis of nature, technology, and art.
